The owner of a Grove Street property that’s garnering buzz with early-stage plans for a comprehensive wellness center said he’s targeting a late fall opening.
Formerly the site of 360 Fitness and various offices, the space at 45 Grove. St. is undergoing a re-imagining and renovation whose details have not yet been fully revealed (though plenty of resources are going into overhauling the expansive space).
The property is owned by NCLC. Peter Lane, a principal in that company, said: “We are thrilled to be collaborating with some of the best local health and fitness talent in preparation for a late fall opening.”
