Delutio on Wednesday, December 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lamb Room. Known as “The Cheese Man,” John offers an illuminating lecture about the science and culture of this culinary staple Participants are invited to sample a variety of artisanal cheeses after the lecture.
John P. Delutio is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about cheese. He is the proprietor of Le Teatre de Grande Fromage, and the former Cheese Merchant at Big Y in Bethel, CT.
