Swim, Bike, Conquer!

Golden Games at the New Canaan YMCA

This event is designed for active, older adults ages 60+ to get active and have fun while competing in a three-part relay: 500m pool swim, 4 mile stationary bike ride, and an obstacle course. Register as a team of four, or as an individual. Participants will receive a t-shirt, swag bag, and post race snacks. The top teams will receive prizes following the race.

Fee: $25/Members and $35/Non-members

Registration is available online or at the Y Front Desk, and must be completed by March 1!

All proceeds will go toward our ForeverWell program, which promotes wellness for active, older adults, and the Togetherhood program, which assists those in need through community programming and community service.
