Artists & Beginners Welcome — come experiment with composition & color and go home with a finished collage or two!

Collage can be a joyful process of cutting, tearing, arranging and pasting paper shapes, and is medium that has intrigued artists such as Braque, Picasso, Matisse, Motherwell and many others. Design and color aspects that make strong and beautiful art will be addressed in a supportive environment. Learn how colors and values interact and can look different depending on context. There are no mistakes in collage, only adjustments and revisions!

Suzanne Siegel is a sought after teacher who leads workshops at Truro Center for the Arts, Helen Day Arts Center, Artists Association of Nantucket and more. Her enthusiasm and spontaneous approach, missed with intentional septs make for a productive and fun creative experience.
