The new single-family home at 94 Garibaldi Lane will include four full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, with an attached two-car garage and partially finished attic and basement, according to a building permit application filed May 14 with the town.
The contractor on the job is Heritage Home Construction LLC and the architect is Mose Associate Architects, both of Ridgefield, the application said.
