You can’t take it with you! That old saying holds true\, so you might as well put careful planning in place to make sure what you have – or leave behind – goes to whom or where you desire.  Attorney Michael Nedder of Nedder and Associates\, Darien\, will present an overview of wills\, trusts and estate planning. \nAbout the Speaker: Michael T. Nedder is the managing partner of Nedder & Associates. He founded the firm in 2011 after practicing law for 12 years in New Canaan. Attorney Nedder is admitted to practice in Connecticut\, New York\, and the District of Columbia. He is also on the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. Throughout his career\, Attorney Nedder has always been an active volunteer and community member\, providing Pro Bono work\, and serving on the boards of various public and private charitable organizations.  \n
