SUMMARY:Anything goes! – A Cole Porter Cabaret Evening
DESCRIPTION:Sunday June 2nd\nMorrill Hall\, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church\, 5pm – food\, drink\, and convivial seating. \nCole Porter’s music – innovative at the time\, but now solidly “classic” – includes timeless songs such as Anything goes\, Night and Day\, I’ve got you under my skin\, I love Paris in the springtime\, and many others.  The St. Mark’s Choir and Soloists will sing Porter classics in a “cabaret” setting in Morrill Hall: attendees will be seated at round tables with candles\, food (heavy Hors d’oeuvres) and drink (wine and non-alcoholic) will be served.  This final event of the very first – and very successful -season of events presented by the Friends of Music at St. Mark’s is both a fund-raiser and a “fun” raiser.  During the evening plans for our ’24-’25 season will be announced.  Individual tickets are $75.00.  (For ages 21 and over only\, please) \n
