Each dish will be expertly paired to complement one of Nod Hill’s five small-batch brews. \nThis event is the perfect opportunity for the connoisseur in all of us to take their tasting experiences to the next level! \nGates Head Chef Luis Lopez and Nod Hill Founding Partner Robert Kaye will be on hand to speak about each of the food/beer pairings. Lopez\, who owned and served as head chef of highly regarded Chef Luis restaurant in New Canaan\, once described his style as “mutt” cooking for its unique and passionate blending of cuisines such as American\, Asian\, French\, Italian and native Latin American. Kaye\, who one half of the Father-Son team that owns Ridgefield CT’s first ever brewery\, has deep passion for beer and food.
