SUMMARY:Deadline: Submission of Photos for FOCUS '23 Photography Exhibit
DESCRIPTION:Do you have a favorite photo or two that you have taken that you would like to share with the public? The Wilton Arts Council is seeking photographers of all ages (including youths) to enter its twenty-third annual photography exhibit\, “FOCUS ’23\,” which will be on display from March 11 through March 31\, 2023\, at the Wilton Library. Photographers are allowed to enter up to two of their photos\, which may be film or digital images in color or black and white and may be enhanced by darkroom or digital techniques. FOCUS ’23 committee members will be on hand at the Wilton Library on Saturday\, March 4 from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM and on Sunday\, March 5 from 1:30 – 4:00 PM to receive entries.\nFOCUS ’23 entries will be judged by a panel of notable area photographers in three divisions: Adult (professional and amateur combined)\, High School Student (9-12 grade) and Youth photographers (pre-elementary through 8th grade). Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded for: Best of Show (which is open to all); first through fifth places in the adult division; and first\, second and third place in each of the high school and youth divisions.
