SUMMARY:Early Childhood Discovery Fair
DESCRIPTION:New Canaan Country School will host a Discovery Fair for toddlers\, pre-schoolers and their parents.  \nThe Discovery Fair is a hands-on exploration of scientific and artistic principles. Activity stations will include: paper-making\, paint mixology\, clay & wire\, transparent collage\, catching tadpoles\, obstacle course\, wood sculptures\, wind tunnel\, ramps and sensory tables. The day will end in a group sing-a-long.  \nThe event is free of charge and will be held in the Early Childhood Thacher Building on New Canaan Country School’s campus located at 635 Frogtown Rd\, New Canaan\, CT. The event is open to all\, but pre-registration is required for headcount. For more information or to register to attend: www.countryschool.net/discoveryfair. Bring your toddler or pre-schooler for a morning of exploration and discovery! Weather permitting\, activities will be held both indoors and out\, including a short walk into the woods. The Discovery Fair will be held rain or shine. Dress for mess! \n
