DESCRIPTION:Join the New Canaan Land Trust at Colhoun Preserve on Tuesday\, June 24th\, from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM for drinks\, desserts\, and a night under the glowing light of the fireflies. \nThe Baked and Sauced Food Truck will be on-site\, providing drinks and desserts.  Get a guided tour of the amazing firefly meadow at Colhoun Preserve by NCLT Board and Staff.  Dress for the weather and wear good outdoor walking shoes! \nWe look forward to welcoming you\, our friends and supporters\, to a special night to celebrate the 2025 Firefly Season.  To learn more about firefly preservation in New Canaan\, check out this article feature  in the New York Times! \nA few things to note about this event: \n\n\nCarpooling is strongly encouraged for this event\, as parking is limited. \n\n\nParking is available on Skyview Lane. There is no parking on the premises. \n\n\nIf you have accessibility or mobility needs\, we can coordinate a drop-off. Please contact the office at (203) 972-1270 to arrange. \n\n\nPlease note that there are no facilities on site. \n\n\n
