DESCRIPTION:Swim\, Bike\, Conquer! \nGolden Games at the New Canaan YMCA \nThis event is designed for active\, older adults ages 60+ to get active and have fun while competing in a three-part relay: 500m pool swim\, 4 mile stationary bike ride\, and an obstacle course. Register as a team of four\, or as an individual. Participants will receive a t-shirt\, swag bag\, and post race snacks. The top teams will receive prizes following the race. \nFee: $25/Members and $35/Non-members \nRegistration is available online or at the Y Front Desk\, and must be completed by March 1! \nAll proceeds will go toward our ForeverWell program\, which promotes wellness for active\, older adults\, and the Togetherhood program\, which assists those in need through community programming and community service. \nIf you have questions\, or would like to learn more about the event\, please contact Nicki Jezairian at 203-920-1657 or njezairian@newcanaanymca.org. \nDon’t forget to invite your friends and family to cheer you on! \n
