Whether you’re brand new to strength training or experienced\, this is a great opportunity to move\, connect\, and experience our coaching style. \nIn addition to workouts\, we’re partnering with several incredible wellness and lifestyle brands to create a full community experience. Enjoy recovery offerings including sauna and cold plunge by KiiN\, connect with wellness and footwear partners\, explore curated brand activations\, and enjoy local food and refreshments throughout the day. \nThis is a free event and all are welcome — bring your friends\, family\, and kids!\nWe’re excited to open our doors and celebrate this milestone with the community that has supported us from the very beginning. \n
