SUMMARY:Guided Tour of the MOMA: Frieda and Diego
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a special tour at MoMA to experience Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera: The Last Dream\, a long-awaited and extraordinary exhibition. Featuring stunning paintings and sculptures\, the show celebrates two of Mexico’s most beloved icons of 20th-century art. \nThis first-of-its-kind collaboration with the Metropolitan Opera is presented in conjunction with the Opera’s production of El Último Sueño de Frida y Diego. The exhibition is brought to life through an immersive installation by Jon Bausor\, the opera’s set and co-costume designer\, who weaves visual references from Kahlo and Rivera’s lives and works into a richly theatrical environment. \nIt’s a unique opportunity to experience the intersection of visual art\, performance\, and storytelling in a truly unforgettable setting. \nWe will meet in the lobby at 1pm to enter into building.
