In addition to managing Ladies Who Launch\, Kathy is an adjunct professor at NYU and started the not-for-profit Exceptional Woman’s Series\, where she showcases women who have made a difference in society. She is also a frequent speaker on issues that female entrepreneurs face. \nAbout Empowering Through Beauty \nIn 2010 the Bridgeport-based nonprofit organization Empowering Through Beauty\, Inc. (ETB) was launched to help homeless\, unemployed or underemployed women who aspire to transition back into the workforce.
