SUMMARY:Men’s Club To Hear Presentation on High School Dome
DESCRIPTION:	New Canaan School Superintendent Bryan Luizzi and Sara Schubert\, who chairs the parent-led committee spearheading The Dome\, will describe the progress behind the planetarium renovation project underway at New Canaan High School during the New Canaan Men’s Club meeting Friday.\n	The Men’s Club meets at 10 a.m. in Morrill Hall at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. The presentation on The Dome is expected to take place around 10:40 a.m.\n	The planned $850\,000 renovation of the planetarium\, which has not been updated since 1971\, is designed to give educators “the tools to change\, what\, how and where learning occurs\,” according to The Dome’s website.\n	The planetarium will house a state-of-the-art Evans & Sutherland Digistar Fulldome display and have a seamless dome\, adding to the realistic experience for interactive classrooms and stimulate creativity\, bringing learning to life\, according to the planetarium’s site.\n	New Canaan men\, 55-years old and above\, interested in joining the club may email ncmens@ncmens.club for further information. \n
