DESCRIPTION:MIDWEEK RESET \nA Monthly Wellness Series by LightenUp Life Now. \nThe series will begin with New Moon Experience. \nThe New Moon is the darkest night of the lunar cycle – and the most powerful moment to begin again. Our very first gathering is a gentle evening for women to release what’s been heavy\, get quiet\, and plant one clear intention for the month ahead. \nWe start with our Breathe & Be Still  practice of guided medtitation led by Sister Indra (after the beautiful response to her meditation at Mom’s Sanctuary\, she returns to guide us once again). We close with our Play & Express practice of intention-setting ritual. You will leave this Tuesday evening feeling lighter in your body\, clearer in your mind\, and connected to a community of women who are doing this work alongside you. \nTea\, water & light snacks will be served. \n$60 Early Bird rate / $75 after July 1st \nCancellation policy – Refunds can be issued if requested more than 2 weeks in advance of the class starting\, minus a $20 processing fee \nA portion of the proceeds will benefit DVCC — Domestic Violence Crisis Center — Supporting survivors of domestic violence with crisis intervention\, shelter\, and advocacy.
