SUMMARY:Midweek Reset: The Power to Let Go
DESCRIPTION:What if putting down some of what you’re carrying could free up your energy for what truly matters? \nWhether you’re replaying a conversation\, worrying about what’s next\, carrying an old disappointment\, feeling the pressure of school or work\, or simply holding too much in your head\, this evening is an invitation to pause. \nThrough guided meditation led by Sister Indra\, real-life situations and experiential practices\, we’ll explore The Power to Pack Up – one of the Eight Inner Powers – and discover practical ways to let go of thoughts\, worries and experiences we no longer need to carry. \nBecause when we stop giving our energy to what we can’t change\, we create more room for what we can – our relationships\, our dreams\, our joy\, our peace\, and the people and moments that matter most. \nFor the first time\, LightenUp’s Midweek Reset welcomes all adults and teens. Come on your own or bring a friend\, partner\, parent or teen. \nAn evening to breathe. Reset. Connect. And leave a little lighter. \n$65 per person | Adults & Teens Welcome \nA portion of proceeds benefits DVCC (Domestic Violence Crisis Center)\, supporting its impactful work on our community. \nCome as you are. Leave lighter. \nThis is not a religious event \nTo know more about LightenUp Life Now\, click here: www.lightenuplifenow.com \n
