It showcases modern design featuring natural materials throughout. Styled by Kate Ferguson of Palomino Bazaar\, the home will bring to life a star theme through simple\, modern touches\, highlighting the new home’s architecture and natural elements. The star theme was chosen to honor the family’s involvement in the non-profit\, STAR\, that offers a full array of services for over 500 individuals with disabilities and their families\, from birth to their senior years. \nHaute For The Holidays\nStyling by Design Dot \nA beautiful custom-designed modern farmhouse\, built by the homeowner’s family\, features a unique industrial design\, clean lines and a wonderful balance of indoor/outdoor living. The home will be styled by The Design Dot team— including Megan Wunderlich\, Samantha King\, and Debbie Jackson. Pale greens\, blues\, snowy whites will be highlighted with oranges and yellows to serve as unexpected bright bursts of colors. \nThe Caroling Inn\nStyling by Lillian August \nOne of New Canaan’s most prominent and beloved historic homes\, this 1898-built stucco Colonial is over 120 years old and rich in history. The three-story home\, which once served as an inn\, is a holdover from the “old” South Avenue with its beautiful columned wraparound porch that used to overlook farmland. The designers are Cindy Levi and Terrance Rhodes from Lillian August\, who will feature a traditional New England Christmas theme while incorporating twists of color for an added “pop.” \nModern Mix on Michigan\nStyling by Carey Karlan\, Last Detail Interior Design \nThis stately 15\,000 square foot handcrafted brick Chateau captures the best of European elegance. This home features contemporary design\, an impressive Latin American art collection\, and a unique subterranean garage with an extensive car collection.
