DESCRIPTION:Reflect\, Refocus\, Reset\, Retreat  \nLet’s gather together as the season changes to reflect\, refocus\, reset and retreat! \nThis half-day experience with Grounded Meditation is designed to help you start your Fall recharged\, relaxed\, and refreshed! We’ll move\, meditate\, spend time in Nature\, journal\, and engage in ceremony to release old burdens and open up to new possibilities. \nSnacks and tea will be provided throughout and everybody will leave with a “swag” bag chock full of goodies to help you continue the momentum of the day.
