DESCRIPTION:Now in its 12th professional season\, the critically acclaimed Summer Theatre of New Canaan presents Broadway Musicals for adults and families and quality theatre for a young audience at Waveny Park in New Canaan\, CT. \nThe Summer Theatre of New Canaan presents the ever popular classic story of the Wizard of Oz. Join Dorothy\, Scarecrow\, Tin Man and the Lion as they travel down the Yellow Brick Road through Oz to find the elusive Wizard. Based on the timeless film\, the Wizard of Oz is a perfect summer show for young families. Puppets and a company of actors play multiple roles to the delight of the audience. Tickets are priced at $22\, and the production will run from June 21st to August 9th in rotation with our other Theater for a Young Audience shows.
