DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with Stamford Health\, New Canaan Library presents an important discussion. Connecticut’s recent legalization of marijuana and recent popularity of vaping have tremendous impacts on our lung health. Join Dr. Michael Bernstein\, Associate Director for Pulmonary and Critical Care at Stamford Hospital\, for a presentation on potential side effects that we need to know. \nDr. Bernstein has a board-certification in interventional pulmonology\, a subspecialty within pulmonary medicine focused on bronchoscopy\, lung cancer\, pleural diseases and other procedures for the lung. He is the Co-Clinical Director for the Lung Cancer Screening and Lung Nodule Program at Stamford Hospital. Dr. Bernstein is also the Associate Director for Pulmonary and Critical Care at Stamford Hospital. He has additional clinical interests in COPD and sleep apnea\, as well as asthma and dyspnea in adolescents. \n
