DESCRIPTION:The First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan will present Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in a service of Vespers for the Fifth Sunday of Lent on Sunday\, March 18th at 4:00 p.m. The choirs of First Presbyterian Church will combine with Round Hill Community Church\, Greenwich to present this work arranged for choir\, organ\, violin\, cello\, and harp. The clergy of both churches will lead this meditative liturgy for the evening.  First Presbyterian’s Director of Music\, Victoria Shields and Round Hill Community Church’s Director of Music\, Leslie Smith will lead the music for this special service. We hope you will join us to find quiet and stillness as we prepare for Christ’s journey from the cross to resurrection. \n
