DESCRIPTION:Saturdays 9-10am\, April 25- May 30\nJoin us Saturday mornings for a continuing wellness collaboration between the Carriage Barn\, Diane Nickelberg Barnett and yoga instructor Talita Moss. This Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath series will engage both body and mind to help melt away the stresses of the week and start your weekend right! \nAfter a brief opening meditation\, we’ll stretch and loosen up with a gentle yoga practice\, accompanied by the soft sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, chimes\, gongs\, drums and more. You’ll then sink into an extended Savasana like no other while you become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments\, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed\, meditative state. \nOpen to all levels; no experience needed.
