Saying tenants haven’t paid $2,500 in monthly rent starting in November, the owners of a downtown Main Street building filed eviction papers in state Superior Court. The tenants have faced challenges with employment, according to an answer filed in the case. It’s headed for trial next week, according to Connecticut Judicial Branch records.
