Through Your Looking Glass Social Justice Youth Art Showcase Opening

Stand Together Against Racism (S.T.A.R), in partnership with The Glass House and the Carriage Barn Arts Center will present its third annual “Through Your Looking Glass” student art showcase that seeks to recognize the role of art, design and/or architecture in advancing social justice related to inclusion, equity and diversity.

CT students of all ages in Fairfield County, including college, have created art that reflects how they feel about equality or how social justice impacts their lives. Mediums include paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media, sculpture, videos/film (including TikTok style) or architectural renderings. and mounted/framed art or 3D art.

The exhibit will also feature work by local artists Butch Quick and Jahmane West. They will host an interactive workshop at the Carriage Barn on 11/24.
