The New Canaan Building Department has issued a permit for a new 3,033-square-foot home on Pastures Lane.
The new house at 74 Pastures Lane will have four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half-bath, a finished basement, two fireplaces and a three-car garage, according to the permit issued Aug. 20.
It will cost $1,168,750 to build, the application said.
The contractor on the job is Luxury Homes LLC, the architect is CMS Arc, both of Westport.
The vacant 2.55-acre parcel was purchased for $1.5 million in March, tax records show. It’s owned by a living trust, the records show.
