As part of an ongoing effort to prevent identity theft in the community, Bankwell will be providing free on-site shredding services at the Bank’s 156 Cherry Street in New Canaan on Saturday, October 22^nd from 9:00am until noon.  

The Bank encourages residents of the community to take the opportunity to securely dispose of old credit cards, passports, bills, invoices, checks, statements or other personal papers, with a 3 box maximum.  Staff will be on hand to help unload boxes and carry them to the shredder, with no need for residents to get out of their cars.
