Nationally recognized wildflower meadow expert, Larry Weaner will be the keynote speaker for New Canaan Beautification League’s Autumn Luncheon on Wednesday, October 7, 11:30AM to 2PM at Woodway Country Club in Darien. His lecture is entitled “Native Wildflower Meadows: Let’s Get Real!” The public is invited to join League members for this exceptional event.

Larry Weaner has a distinguished reputation for combining ecological restoration with the traditions of garden design. Grace Farms in New Canaan is a current project. He has over 30 years of landscape design and installation experience and has received accolades and numerous awards for his work, including the prestigious Landscape Design Award from the New England Wildflower Society for use of native plants in “exceptional and distinctive landscape compositions.”
