An intimate evening of grounding, creativity and gratitude at the Carriage Barn in New Canaan, Connecticut, hosted by Welltress. Rebecca Weinstein opens with a grounding meditation, then we gather around the table to make a Gratitude Box, a gift for someone you love, reflecting as we go on the people and moments we are grateful for. No artistic experience is needed, only an open heart. Infused water, tea and light refreshments are provided, and you leave with your Gratitude Box ready to give. Small by intention, so each gathering can hold you.
