When I began modernhouseman.com over 10 years ago, I learned that clientele and locals had fascinating stories of their interactions with the Modern Houses of New Canaan. Many also spoke of encounters with the architects, artisans and owners who helped create these unique and innovative structures that established New Canaan as the home of the Harvard Five.

I’ve always had a strong desire to record these tales, and to share them with the community. This event will offer the opportunity to do just that.

The community is invited to share their stories, and listen to music that formed the soundtrack of the era (provided by Ear Wax Sessions).
