A 19-year-old Stamford man was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday, Aug. 3.
Police said an officer on patrol noticed a vehicle parked in Irwin Park at about 10:16 p.m., which is after park hours.
Upon investigating, the officer determined that teen was in possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.
