Screening of “Behind the Orange Curtain” documentary and discussion at St. Mark’s
(For students grades 7-12) St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will host six local church youth groups, who will join together for an open discussion on substance abuse following a screening of the documentary movie “Behind the Orange Curtain”. In addition to St. Mark’s, The Congregational Church of New Canaan, First Presbyterian Church, Grace Community Church, St. Aloysius R. C. 4 on the 4th
The 37th annual Four on the Fourth, New Canaan's oldest and largest road race, will kick of the Independence Day holiday at 8 a.m. Thursday from St. Mark's Church. Some 300 runners are expected to cover the out-and-back course on Oenoke and West Roads - drivers should expect delays and seek alternate routes and/or adjust their schedule. Glass House Presents: ‘Sinfonietta Cracovia’ in Partnership with St. Mark’s Church
Sinfonietta Cracovia, one of Europe's premiere chamber orchestras, will present their flagship project combining the film and concert music of two great composers—Philip Glass and Wojciech Kilar—as part of their international tour.
