Police last week arrested a 40-year-old Palm Coast, Fla. man and charged him with driving under the influence.
At about 12:04 a.m. on June 18, an officer spotted a vehicle traveling north on White Oak Shade Road run the stop sign at Gerdes Road, according to a police report.
During a subsequent stop, the officer smelled alcohol on the driver and found his speech slurred as well as “other signs of impairment,” the report said.
He was charged with the misdemeanor offense, as well as failure to obey a stop sign.
The man flashed both middle fingers in his mugshot.
He was released on $300 bond and scheduled to appear July 1 in state Superior Court.
