Customized blend of talk therapy and physical exercise, addressing weight loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress reduction. Our philosophy is that when we feel better emotionally, we make better fitness decisions. And when we exercise, we feel better equipped to deal with life’s stressors. We help women be more efficient and effective in achieving their personal goals by leveraging both their physical power and emotional strength in combination.
Jodi Costenbader, PhD, LPC, and Lisa Leibowitz, MSW, LCSW are both Licensed Psychotherapists and Personal Trainers certified by The American College of Sports Medicine. Recognizing the relationship between physical and mental health, Jodi and Lisa developed the concept of Hybrid Fitness, an innovative approach integrating exercise and counseling.
