Grammy-nominated vocalist Ryland Angel, accompanied by St. Mark’s Director of Music Ministries, Ned Tipton, will present a program of improvised psalms, sonnets of Shakespeare, songs of Shakespeare’s time by Thomas Campion, John Dowland, and music of Henry Purcell; plus traditional Scottish and Irish tunes with texts by Robert Burns and others. The event will be followed by a light reception.
