At New Canaan High School, the Student Coalition and Charity Links student-run clubs set a record as they donated more than $3,500 worth of toys to the U.S. Marines Toy For Tots organization. The toys will be given out this weekend to other organizations who have received requests from families in need of toys for their children, that without these donations, would not be receiving any toys for Christmas.
“A big thank you to all of the New Canaan High School families that donated either toys or money to purchase the toys,” physical education teacher Priscilla Schulz said.

Plans include converting part of the building into condominiums and selling those off, Moynihan has said. Board of Ed sign-off is required for the plan. 1. Mike, I believe you may be mistaken as to the 1913 Library. That structure in the video appears to be the existing gas station structure, not a re-located 1913/1935 Library.

    • Thanks David. I didn’t update the language of that item in the DYH before the newsletter as I had intended. I’ve done that now and made a note of it. Comments are now disabled on this post. -Mike
