Police on Friday afternoon arrested a 27-year-old Boston man who tested at five times the legal limit.
At about 1:46 p.m. on June 26, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Weed Street on a report of a man passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, police said.
On speaking to the man, officers deleted signs of impairment, according to a police report.
After the man underwent field sobriety tests, he was taken to headquarters and there tested at .40, five times the legal limit, the report said.
He was charged with driving under the influence.
Police released the man on $250 bond and scheduled him to appear Aug. 3 in state Superior Court.
