There, emergency responders came upon what appeared to be a single-vehicle accident with fluids in the roadway. Arriving, firefighters found no visible fire though after investigating with a thermal camera, found a small fire in the fire box and a heavy buildup of creosote in the chimney. They cleared the chimney of obstructions and instructed the homeowner to let the fire extinguish and have the chimney swept prior to using it again.
- Wednesday, Jan. 13: Firefighters received a report at 6:10 p.m. of a spill at a motor vehicle accident on South Avenue in the area of Farm Road.
