Dear Editor,
I want to thank The New Canaan Parent Support Group for organizing its 7th Annual Community Addiction Awareness Vigil on Wednesday, August 30th at 7pm at the Pop-Up Park (South and Elm). This event embraces great meaning to those in recovery or struggling with addiction, as well as to their loved ones.
As a community, it’s important we honor and celebrate those who endure this difficult journey. Please, let’s all come to the Vigil and rally around our fellow residents to give them hope, strength and encouragement as they bravely continue their healthier paths.
