New Canaan Police are seeking help from the public in identifying a cyclist who suffered from a medical emergency Tuesday night.
At about 9:41 p.m. on June 17, a white man in his 50’s—with a “large build, wearing a red helmet, blue shirt and riding a gray DEAN brand road bicycle,” police said—suffered an emergency while riding his bike in the area of Richmond Hill Road, according to a press release.
The emergency did not result from a car crash, police said in the release.
Police responded to the scene and New Canaan EMS provided medical care, it said.
He was transported to Norwalk Hospital.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the New Canaan Police Department at 203-594-3500.

Maybe the police should contact News 12 to run a feature story. The cyclist may not be from New Canaan.
