New Canaan Conservation Commission

“Green” is no longer a “nice to have,” but a “need to have.” Sustainability not only concerns issues affecting our air, water, and soil, but today informs decisions on public health, development, and economy. Click here for the Spring/Summer 2015 newsletter and here’s a sign-up form for the commission’s newsletter and event notices:

The newsletter suggests different ways we might act together to protect and enhance the quality of life in our town.

New Canaan’s Conservation Commission seeks to advise in the development, management, protection and conservation of our natural resources and to coordinate our activities with existing Town committees, commissions and departments and with other conservation bodies.
