St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in New Canaan, CT will present the popular Blues in Lent, beginning Wednesday, February 21 at 7:30PM. The series will run for five consecutive Wednesdays during Lent. All performances are free and open to the public. New York City-based blues, rock and jazz guitar player, singer, and composer Tom Larsen will be presenting a series of duos, performing some of his favorite pieces with special musical guests. He will be joined by a selection of other impressive New York City-based musicians that he has worked with in the past, including Solomon Hicks, Spencer Murphy, Eric Finland, Wayne Tucker, and SaRon Crenshaw.
