Film Screening and Discussion about New Research and Treatment for ALS and Alzheimer’s

Possible links of harmful algal blooms to ALS and Alzheimer’s disease are portrayed in a film screening in New Canaan at the New Canaan Country School Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Narrated by Harrison Ford, “Toxic Puzzle – Hunt for the Hidden Killer” portrays the efforts of the Brain Chemistry Labs (BCL) in Jackson, Wyoming, to find and fight environmental triggers for neurodegenerative illness like ALS. BCL Director Paul Cox will be available after the screening to answer questions.
