Many girls and women have been socialized to use language differently in public spaces, and have less experience speaking in public as a result of their social and political history as a group. Join us for this best practices public communications class that includes an overview of current research regarding gender difference in establishing credibility and relevance in public, and skills for persuasive advocacy.
