Join the New Canaan Land Trust for a guided hike with Lepidopterist, Victor deMasi as we stroll through the meadows at Livingston-Higley Preserve. Using a net and magnified bug boxes, we will observe up close and first-hand about local pollinators and experience butterflies in their natural habitat.
Dress for the outdoors and expect natural, uneven trails. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Registration is free but spaces are limited, please register!
We will gather at the cul-de-sac on Apple Tree Lane and hike into the preserve together.
