Is it Hot in Here…? Menopause Explored and Explained
September 26 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pmFree
Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life, but often falls under the category of health issues that warrant more discussion and explanation.
Dr. Siobhan Dolan and Dr. Carol Fucigna, leaders of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stamford Hospital, will speak about the topic at length. They are lifelong advocates for women’s health and will present an overview of the many health issues women may face as they move through menopause. Using data and best practices from the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), Dr. Dolan and Dr. Fucigna will present the facts – and dispel the myths – and then facilitate a community conversation about this important topic.
