New Canaan High School Choirs’ Concert at First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan. We invite you to join us at First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan on Wednesday, May 10 in the Sanctuary at 7PM at which time the NCHS Concert Choir, Senior Class, Madrigal Ensemble and Bella Voce celebrate their year of music-making and honor their senior class. The performance – THE BEAT OF OUR HEARTS – focuses on their individual dreams, their strengths, their passions, and the music which brings u together as a collaborative ensemble. Contemporary choral composers will be highlighted, including J. Reese Norris, Mbuso Ndlovu, Elaine Hagenberg, Marques L.A. Garrett, Seth Houston, and an arrangement premiere by new composer Christian Fortner. The concert is free and open to the community, friends and family.
