The New Canaan Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration Team Up for the 30th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

On Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the New Canaan Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration will host DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at 174 South Ave in New Canaan, CT. 

Accepted items include tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription medications. Liquid products, such as cough syrup, must remain sealed in their original container, with caps must be tightly secured to prevent leakage

Syringes, sharps, and illicit drugs will not be accepted.
