Screening of Doug Tallamy’s Book Talk: Nature’s Best Hope

Wednesday, May, 13, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Free

Renowned author, professor and researcher, Doug Tallamy, spoke about his recently published book, Nature’s Best Hope: A New Approach to Conservation that Starts in Your Yard, two months ago at New Canaan Country School. Since Tallamy was such a great speaker and community members are doing yard work while sheltering at home, New Canaan Library bring you a special screening of this event, followed by a live panel. Grab your popcorn and a pen to take notes and enjoy a lively Q&A after Tallamy’s talk, moderated by Aaron Lefland, Executive Director of New Canaan Land Trust, with panelists from Copia, NCLT, and Pennington Grey Landscape Services. Read before you watch! Nature’s Best Hope is available to all New Canaan Library cardholders on Hoopla as an ebook or e-audiobook.
